Overall plush grass perfect for sports or general frolicking. Would recommend keeping picnics to the periphery as this primarily a sporting ground. Sufficient parking spots available. Night time overhead lights offer a warm and illuminating experience. There is a deficiency of drinking fountains so i recommend bringing a vessel suited to your thirst requirements. I would not land a plane here, there is not enough runway for even light aircraft.

Great park for kids under 5. Well shaded too so good on hot days.

Fabulous shady park with bbq toilets big oval and coffee. Cakes and meals nearby.
