Never go there. Horrible and lazy staff. Got there on a sat before 11.40 no one at tge counter. Took a number...1 ..and waited for someine to show up. When she did...she says she wont do it coz they close at 12. I only had a single blood test to do. Lazy lazy staff.

I was in this place for fasting blood check this morning (Monday 10/04/17). The nurse tried to take blood samples from my right hand three and from my left hand two times. Fifth time she was able to get it. It was very painful and hurting. No experience in locating vein and keep on inserting the needle to locate vein. Never visit this place again.

Phones are never answered, consistently tried all day. Extrenely frustrating.

Waiting time is stupid, they dont answer phones OR if they do they put you on hold straight away without even speaking to you. New staff is needed! Who even knows what the hell they do behind the closed doors when they aren't attending to someone.

Absolutely horrendous! On an average they do 1 person every 15ish minutes. I timed it on my phone. Very rude. Not a care in the world with this dorevitch. I DID have other appointments but unfortunately could not make them as i was stuck here. They NEED all NEW staff here.
