I attended acute hearing Werribee today for an appointment that I had booked early in the week. Upon arrival I was initially told that there was no booking under my name. Shortly there after I was told that they had made a mistake with my booking and would most likely be unable to provide the service that I had booked in. To the credit of the reception staff they did go and ask the audiologist to try and see me as it was an error on their part. I needed the tests for urgent paperwork for a job application. I waited approximately 10 minutes to then be told that they would not be able to see me and that they would be unable to assist me until later in June. I was extremely irritated and disappointed with the lack of service that was afforded to me. Considering that the mistake was on their behalf,I expected that they would have done all in their power to correct the mistake, however it seems that taking a lunch break was more important that correcting THEIR mistake. I will not use this service again and I would advise others to be careful when booking with this business.
