Domino's Pizza Torquay QLD

Out of 2 dominoes available I go to this one even though it is a little inconvenient because we find the pizza quality is definitely better and also the staff are definitely a lot lot more courteous and attentive where as you can to get ignored at the other one. The new fitout to eat in or alfresco on the Esplanade is really nice tooFood: 5/5

Just paid 35.00 dollars for a garlic and prawn thin slice pizza plus oven roasted mixed spice wings for pick up. Arrived 5 mins before and picked the order up. Got home 3min drive, opened up n found 1 shrimp not prawn on each slice. Pizza base was like carboard, chicken wings were gelatinous and soggy. One of the worst pizzas n wings we have ever had/paid for. If i could give a ZERO rating, i would.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order the garlic scrolls, they are really greasy and made us sick, the pizza was as you'd expect though. Quick, cheap and tasted good!Food: 4/5

This is not a review on my satisfaction with the food, more advice as how managers should approach staff members in a more appropriate manner. To the manager of evening shift, 20/09/2022, Thank you for letting the entire restaurant know that the 'cheese needs to be weighed, and two of your line workers were not doing so, and also thanks for letting the restaurant know that there is extra cheese on the cheesy garlic bread, and your two line workers were not doing this, yet you still give the 'un-extra cheese garlic bread to the customer' ?. I would also like to make you aware that your two line workers, that are trying there best on a flat out night, that you are degrading in the middle of a busy full service, were rolling there eyes at you the entire time you were speaking, perhaps, #1 talking to your staff with the tiniest bit of respect wouldn't be hard. #2 there's no need for you to assert your dominance over the two young fellas that are trying there best buy yelling across the kitchen, this will not get you far. coming from a kitchen background myself I can guarantee you wont be wining any friends awards by doing this. May I suggest pulling people PRIVATELY into the cold room to discuss the issue or at least speaking to them more appropriately as to avoid the above. Thanks

MY $5 pepperoni pizza great value and tasted yummy! Friend's loaded supreme, well , was more skimped than heaped. Minimum toppings with small handfull of extras in centre.

After ordering online and my phone saying ready, I walked in and asked for my pizza as it said ready on the screen, Took an hour after that to get one pizza and then bring it home and the pastry is still raw, and all they could do after 50 minutes, say they can put the order through again and offer me a garlic bread and a drink.... grrrrr. Not happy this time.

Excellent pizzas every time, the best dominoes by far, great customer service too. Definitely the best pizza locally. Not had better. Keep up the good work.

Used this store while away on holiday. Made a few changes to my pizza order and added extras. They removed what I asked but didn't add the extras. I didn't check it before returning to my hotel, because Figured it was pretty simple. But here i am Eating my topping less pizza on holiday

Their was no cheese or pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza. Then I was left on hold for 25min, then they simply hung up.
