The actual hell Maccas, I keep going back cause it close to home but honestly why has your store not been audited yet , the quality is putrid, your machines are always broken etc etc and just then your muffin was so rock hard it literally just chipped my tooth, I feel like I need to see legal advice with this. So so angry. Oh and maybe answer your phone , either way I will be down at the counter soon with this hard rock concrete muffin
The staff at Urangan McDonald’s have been absolutely lovely every time I’ve visited. The team is friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in what they do. The food has consistently been well prepared, fresh, and served just the way it should be. Whatever you’re all doing behind the scenes, it’s definitely working — keep up the fantastic work!
The workers here have dealt up some dicey items over the last few months but the last straw for me was my burnt toastie that looked like it had been thrown at the packet from 10 feet away. Bad service, bad food, long waits in the waiting bay all for this!!!! Totally disgusted!!!
Probably the cleanest and nicest decorated McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It was impeccably clean. The toilets especially! The interior of the building was more likened to a local boujee cafe or something rather than a fast food chain. See images the hanging plants were so cute. The indoor play area for children was also a great touch, more places should cater to young children this way as dining can be pretty boring for them. Only thing was, the service was pretty slow for a fast food place. We definitely waited around 15 minutes for a simple order to be prepared. Saying that though, the iced chai latte was delicious. They were probably busy scrubbing the toilets!
Dont use the QR codes on the table! Ordered lunch using the QR code on the table. Processed the order and then it told me I was at a completely different McDonalds and I needed to change my location.nnSpoke to a staff member at the counter who told me that there was nothing that could do, and that I had to travel to the other McDonalds to get my order. She was far from helpful and blamed the issue on me, claiming my location services on my phone was wrong.nnWent to the other store to get my meal and staff there said that it happens all the time and that IT CAN BE fixed and should have been at Urraween to avoid having to travel elsewhere.nnTrain your staff better! Won't be coming back.
