WORST PIZZA EVER! Visited mackay for the first time due to work and made the most regrettable order from Domino’s South Mackay. Seriously, I could claim this as the worst store of Australia. Feeding and treating people with the most unhealthy way. Lady who picked the call was pretty rude to be on the phone, might need more training on how to do customer service. Could clearly see onion peels over my pizza. Both Quality and Quantity of the material on the pizza was awful. It’s my first google review as I couldn’t stop myself reviewing about this store. Please maintain your humanity guys!
Order was due to be ready at 6.40pm but took an extra 19 minutes. Then they tell us they are out of garlic scrolls and gave us garlic bread which is cheaper and did not offer us a refund or the price difference. Pizzas were over cooked. Very poor. Won't be returning.
Usually domino's is good these days. Mackay domino's was the worst. Ordered two pizzas. No flavour in either of them. I have a photo here of a "loaded supreme".
Don't go to this Dominos! I've been to many in whole East Coast and this one was by far the worst. Crust was hard and black, the whole pizza was completely dry and compering it to the others only half of the amount of toppings was being used. And the crust had the form of an pear.Food: 1/5
Complete was of money .the absolute Minimal toppings some peices just cheese. while waiting... there was a few other customers with issues. I had to tear pizza apart as they were not cut all the way thru. After purchasing and looking at all the reviews. All the bad reviews reflected my experience
Pizza was drenched in sauce and toppings were dispersed extremely unevenly-so one slice has a bit then two slices have nothing but sauce. Management needs to tell the make team to take more pride in their work. Also the pizzas weren’t cut all the way through-put your back into cut team! On a good note,manager Sienna is a lovely lovely lady. Always welcoming and polite,great customer service!
Some neck beard grabbed the pizza, and miss pronounced the name of the order, when I asked him if it was my order, he said no. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting until I asked one of the juniors to double check the pizzas neck beard put down and of course, they were ours. Neck beard sucks. Junior girl was good, but not enough to make up for old mate
Pizza was cold when it arrived. It also took ages to be delivered. I won’t be getting it again from this store sadly. The delivery driver was lovely though!
Order never delivered, charged 58$. Waited outside in the cold night for more than 40 minutes while showing notification 2 minutes to deliver. After more than 1.5hrs of order notification coming order delivered with know show up. This branch is a total disgrace for Domino's.
Ordered large pizza looks like a small to me and not much topping for supreme wont come back dissappointed. Dietary restrictions: They thought we were on a diet
