Worst online order experience I've ever had. Placed order at 5 for pizza to be delivered at 6:30. At 6:10 my order moved to being checked for completeness, before delivery. It arrived an hour later. Cold and gross. From 6:30 to 7 pm I called the restaurant multiple times and was never able to speak with anyone. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Update: I just went to the store to try and get my refund and was told to "come back later and speak with a supervisor". I asked what is there name and what time should I come back? Her response? "I don't have to give you that information. I said come back later". She also dropped at least 3 or 4 f-bombs about how absurd it was that I had come in and requested this information after a week of hearing nothing from the store.
We had a large delivery on Saturday 9/24 scheduled at 11:30am from store #2710 in park ridge, IL. Not only were they 30 minutes late, I tried to call the store and they put me on hold multiple times and the tracker was not working. When the driver arrived, he rudely asked for a tip and when I declined he pulled out his phone so I could tip him electronically. Not only that, he told my guests arriving the party that he didn’t receive a tip. This was the worst delivery experience I’ve had.
I had very bad experience today. The pizzas were not good the toppings were not right. The girl who works there have too much attitude. I asked her nicely that can I have one garlic sauce she told me they don’t have it. And I saw there was one customer Infront of me they gave his garlic sauce and told me no on my face it’s not that I wasn’t going to pay for it if she would have asked me too she literally lied and showed me attitude. Very bad experience I would not go back.
I love this Dominos. Friendly and accurate staff with great customer service. The prices are competitive. Always have the best customer service and my pizza was delicious. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this location!
Placed an online order. Went to pick it up and it was wrong, but they were very apologetic and offered to make me another one with the correct order immediately!
Thisbis more for the company than for this location but it happened here so. I ordered 5 pizzas a week early for my sons birthday part and got the confirmation and everything. I didnt expect to be charged at that moment so i didt think anything of it. Well the day comes and i go to pick up the pizza and they tell me that i need to pay now thisbshould have been handled through the app. Well i wasnt prepared for that because i used the app to place the order and it says payment must be made at the time of order. Well long story short my son ended up with Papa Johns Pizza much better and delivered to me with no issue. Insent a message to the corporate office the same day this happened and that was Aug. 6th and it is now Aug 22nd and i still have not heard back from them and the issues with the app.
Terrible experience! I tried ordering a pizza for pickup, & a guy answered , and seemed like he didn’t know what he was talking about. I always pay upfront, & he kept saying he would transfer me elsewhere because I couldn’t pay upfront! Unbelievable! He kept proceeding he would transfer me somewhere and that I would have to repeat my order. Then I spoke to somebody else, & they gave me the run around! So unprofessional. I don’t understand why it takes several people to speak with to order a pizza. What a waste of time !
Ordered my food, was never contacted about its delivery. Went outside to throw out trash and saw that my order had arrived but half was eaten on my front porch. Tried to call multiple times and could not get through. I want a refund and the name of the delivery driver who ate my food.
This Domino's always has issues when ordering and paying online with credit card. Even when you call the store no one picks up. It's Best to travel a bit further to another location if you're really craving Domino's.
Beware of this location. Pizza is always so horrible the only reason I still gave it a try is the close location. Not only do they skim on toppings I wonder if they even use one mushroom on a whole pie but more importantly they under cook their dough so it is basically raw. Just how can a pan pizza be ready from a moment it was ordered in 10 minutes? Forget about calling them back or writing a bad review on their website. They won't correct it or even get back to you. Those specials they offer are not worth a dime.
