Very disappointed. This is not the first time I have ordered from here and something like this has happened. My partner got delivery and when they showed up they had forgotten the drink and delivered the pizza to us like this. The price of pizza has gone up, but the quality has taken a massive hit. Compensation would be great.
Many times this domino's has given the wrong orders, missed items, burnt the pizza or just haven't gotten anything right. The staff are friendly enough and will usually compensate with a free garlic bread when they get the order wrong, but they aren't very attentive when standing at the counter waiting to order or enquire about your order.
I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of one of your staff members, Zoe, at Domino’s Park Ridge. During my recent visit, I encountered an issue where I was charged extra for items that are clearly included as part of the standard pasta offerings. This not only reflects a lack of transparency but also a disregard for customer trust.nnWhen I raised the matter, Zoe’s response was dismissive and unhelpful, further exacerbating the situation. Her attitude suggested either a lack of knowledge about the menu or an intentional attempt to overcharge customers. As a loyal patron of Domino’s, I expect a higher level of professionalism and integrity from your team.nnSuch practices not only tarnish the brand’s reputation but also deter customers from returning. I urge Domino’s management to address this issue promptly and ensure that all staff members uphold the company’s commitment to fairness and customer satisfaction.
Rung at 10:15pm on a Tuesday 12th August to order a pizza after work. Didn’t answer the phone after two calls so decided to drive to shop. Two girls were sitting on a computer with the phone ringing next to them. Turned off the lights and walked out at 10:30. Not sure if it’s company policy to close 45mins before your rostered hours.
They have flies flying into their food containers and laying eggs on the ingredients. When I complained they tried to allege it was parmesan cheese! The pizza I ordered didn't even have parmesan on the ingredients list so even if that was correct it's then cross contamination!
