Rung at 10:15pm on a Tuesday 12th August to order a pizza after work. Didn’t answer the phone after two calls so decided to drive to shop. Two girls were sitting on a computer with the phone ringing next to them. Turned off the lights and walked out at 10:30. Not sure if it’s company policy to close 45mins before your rostered hours.
We recently ordered a Spicy peppy Paneer pizza from Domino's, but it was missing the main ingredient: paneer. This made the pizza pointless, as we specifically chose it for the paneer topping.nnThis isn't the first time I've had issues with my orders from this location. Last time, we ordered two Spicy Peppy Paneer pizzas and requested one with sauce and one without. They put sauce on both pizzas, ignoring our instructions.nnThese repeated mistakes are unacceptable. If you decide to order from this Domino's, I recommend checking your order carefully before leaving the store. If something is wrong, ask them to remake it on the spot to avoid wasting your money.nnDue to these experiences, I cannot recommend this location 0⃣
I went in to get my food around 10:30 and honestly I just want to wright a massive thank you to the lovely girl who served me tonight! Her customer service was through the roof! She had clearly had a busy night with orders and dealing with customer because as I was there waiting for my food she had a rude customer call up and was clearly not nice on the phone to her. Even tho she had just had to deal with a rude person she still showed me the biggest smile and made it look like it didn’t faze her which is a amazing thing to be able to do under pressure! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name to be able to give a shout out but I want her to know she did a amazing job!
You can definitely tell that they’re trying their hardest to get the food out nice and hot to the customers, they were so polite and were all encouraging each other to do the best that they can. But when I was getting pizzas the other night some other customers were being very rude towards the staff members and I just want to remind others that these are mostly children serving you and I think it’s disgusting that you’re being hostile and rude towards children over a simple matter of pizza.
Got garlic bread 3 pizzas the garlic bread was not cooked at all. I called up the store the girl asked if I could drive back over to the store so it could be replaced but then just put me on hold while I was talkingnnOnce she came back to the phone her words were well that weird because we just checked the other garlic breads and they are all fine, that was a lie because I thought it was strange the girl when picking up the order got one from out the back because there were none in the warmernnI told the girl.. I'm not lying and since you had made that comment and in a rude way I will come back over with the garlic breadnThe girl said no you Don't have to actually its fine I will send you a free garlic bread for your next ordernnHonestly it's a friggin garlic bread I wasn't even wanting it replaced, they were busy I get it things like that happen sometimesnIt was when she put me on hold while talking and then came back and said that's weird because we have checked the others and they're all fine it's weird that you say yours isn't cookednnShe had no customer service skills, she had not allowed me to talk so she could understand what I was calling for and it wasn't to be rude but to make them aware ...nShe has been probably the worst customer service interaction over the phone I have ever hadnnIt's a real shame because the staff at park Ridge domino's have always been very friendly and helpful if there has ever been a issue only one other I had the wrong pizza the staff were amazing this one was not !!
