Ordered pizza from here the other night. Not going to lie, I had already ordered once I seen the reviews for this location. Got a tad nervous but honestly, I can’t fault it. I got a pepperoni with some add ons. Pizza was good, no issues with it at all. The boys were nice and professional. The wait wasn’t too long. I feel like they dish out good pizzas regularly but hardly anyone is going to review a normal good pizza from dominos. It would be like reviewing your cheeseburger from Maccas… Only reason I have left a review is because I feel like they did a good job and that needs to be recognised with all these negative reviews. Good job guys, keep it up.
Worst experience got home and order was wrong so called them to make the right pizza please. I got there and their customer service is shocking. I asked for a refund as well as it was their mistake. They said ok and gave me the refund a couple of minutes after waiting for the right pizza they called me over to say they weren’t giving me a new pizza as they gave me refund. They were very rude. Another lady waiting heard me and said she better check her pizza luckily she did cause her order was wrong too. Will not be going back. Not one worker there had a smile on their face.
I tried to order a pizza at 10:30pm 28/11/22. They said they were closed when their trading hours on Google say they close at 11pm. Not too impressed since I have a big drive ahead. While I’m at it, I have had their pizza a few times. Sometimes it’s worth what you’re paying but other times it can be undercooked cardboard with a splash of sauce. I don’t think Dominos Pizza Inc would want them as a part of their franchise if they witness what they serve sometimes.
Update - store has resolved the issue. Ordered 11 sept 2022 resolved 17 oct 2022. Happy to take your money, but when they take over 1.5hrs to delivery and it's wrong and cold they will not refund. Ordered 12 September and still no refund after 4 phone calls.
We only ever order from here if there is NOTHING else. We just had the most revolting meal from Dominos Moorebank. Raw dough, sloppy toppings that taste like a refrigerator, the garlic bread is in the oven right now cooking as it was completing raw. We gave the pizza to the dogs & had sandwiches for dinner which was far better than the meal we received! For $40 we expect a decent cooked meal. I will be taking this complaint to head office. How they can still be operating is a mystery to me.....This is by far the worst domino's franchise there is.
If giving no stars was possible I would have given a zero. We ordered 2 large pizzas, church's and Dutch pancakes and the food was terrible. The Dutch pancakes were soaking in oil, the churros rock hard. Both were completely inedible. I called to speak to staff about it and was put onto the manager who told me he makes 50-60 a day and it's my problem. I asked his name and he wouldn't tell me. I then went back to the shop with them and was abused and sworn at. I told him I would film him so and he took a video of me on his phone and he looked up my details on his computer. He refused to refund my money so I guess I will be contacting the head office in the morning. Having reviewed Domino company policies this store certainly does not put the customer first or take feedback on bad food well. I have never in my life dealt with such an aggressive sorry excuse for a human.
Got a dirty charcoal on the outer rim seems they never wash their pans after cooked , 2nd order got wrong order with the base deep pan with classic crust at the end you will get sorry as the compensation
We ordered last night and when I reheated the left overs. Bit into the pizza and a bandaid was cooked into the cheese. There is blood on the bandaid and I’m concerned about my Heath
Indian manager speaks to you like a dog on the phone and doesn’t let you explain your side of the issue. If you try and inform him of what’s going on he threatens to hang up and not compensate the issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service. And the pizza is a joke. For a multi billion dollar company this is disgusting.
