Came in on chinese new year at 2pm, lady was very busy and on her own, i placed an order for 10 pizzas, she did a great job, very efficient and friendly. She should be getting paid the rate of 4 people at once.Food: 5/5
Mistake was made tonight. I ordered a particular crust but I got standard instead. I rang up not to make a complaint but instead to just notify of the mistake. Offered me a discount on the next order. That to me is above and beyond style service! I've seen people at fast food chains abuse staff for little mistakes and it's not necessary. Human error occurs in EVERYONE. Alex who took my call handled my situation professionally and I will continue to order from cabramatta regardless. And if anyone reads this comment. Give that man a few extra dollars as a bonus on his next pay! They offer great service and listen to the comments before submitting an order. Keep up the fantastic work!

I remembered the large was much bigger. everything seems to be small in the place now and more expensive. food taste good and great customer service.
Ordered pizza and paid online. When the delivery guy come he ask to have copy of my credit card. I then call the manager, Alex, he said that was just for the record because they have customer who swindled them so they need to prove that i have made the purchase if the bank ask later. Not sure how this happen but since Alex promise me that this is confidential and wont be using for any other purpose. Next day i check the account they charged me again at Cabramatta Domino, when i had already paid online. Call and ask to speak with manager, this time is a different person, and she said she will pass on to Alex and give me a phone call. However, that was the last of it never heard from Alex or anyone else. Terrible service!!! Never happened with any other Domino store before. Never buy from this store again.
It is one up from frozen pizzas. Was tasty but after the worker cut my pizza, it sat around for 5 minutes while she served a few people, before she closed the box. So not nearly as nice as it should have been.
Placed an order online due to 2 for Tuesday pizzas. Very accurate in terms of what I have ordered and timing of the order compared to the time suggested on the website when shown. Pizza was good with dominoes standard of toppings and base, there is really no fault in which my orders were accurate. My only gripe is that I did order pizzas from the same dominoes a few months back through delivery on a Friday night, ordered pizzas at 10.20pm with delivery and paid extra for on time pizzas. Never got them and never got the free pizza they said they would emailed to me. In saying that I did get the refund a few days later and the person on duty was nice about it so that's why I still gave a 5 star rating. Overall, I suggest not ordering delivery about 1 hour before closing time as you may not receive it.
I'm a loyal customer. But last week, the pizza was the worst! I ordered my favourite 'Garlic Prawn' but this time I it with the garlic crust. It was HORRIBLE. I don't know how yous make it but it saturated in garlic butter or whatever it was. I could even feel how heavy the pizza box was itself. As soon as I opened it, it looked like the box itself was dipped in a bucket of grease. My hungry son 12 couldn't even enjoy it neither, so we ended up giving most of it to the street cats. Anyways, I'm not giving up on you guys, ok. Because I know yous have given better service before. Thanks for hearing me out, your loyal customer.
I give his store 3 stars as I have mixed feelings. Sometimes they’re amazing and on time, if not early with the right pizzas. Other times I get the wrong pizzas and I’ve called up this store in the past about it, only to get told that they can’t do anything. I believe in one of dominos policies it specifically says, “If you did not love your meal then please let us know. We will replace or refund your order and make sure that your next experience with us is a great one!”. I’m sure you’re all busy and I don’t mind if it’s late but could you try and get the order right?
Good service n friendly staff. My cheesy garlic was a bit burnt around the edges though.
