Cold pizzas and dried up cheese because it wasn’t hot on arrival, after waiting for so long, and called the shop 3x times to know where our delivery was because the app said was “delivered” but we hadn’t received our order yet, we spoke to the manager who apologised and said couldn’t do anything and “app doesn’t work and the app doesn’t know how many orders the driver needs to deliver”. We asked the manager if we could get our order for free for the inconvenience and the driver called the manager to confirm and driver stated to us, “if I was 10 minutes late, manager said it’d be for free” despite being 45 minutes late and 3x phone calls later…and my husband just gave him the cash but I was frustrated and disgusted by their service and for not taking accountability. The driver later stated “I’m the only driver” and we told the driver then your shop should do something about that issue. Would not recommend getting Dominos Mount Pritchard ever again!!
Filled my vegan pizza with ham and pepperoni all because I ordered it without onions. Waited 2 hours for it and now it was for nothing. Obviously I can't eat it and they did it on purpose. That was the last of my money and I only got it because I'm in too much pain to make something. Guess I'm out $45 and won't be eating today. Thanks Domino's. I'll never again order from you. Thanks for reducing the vegan options even more. I'm devastated. My friend called because I couldn't stop crying and they lied about having told me there was no vegan meat. They said I said that was fine. Why would I say that? I haven't eaten meat in 7 years! They said they'd send a vegetable pizza but never showed up. Ordering from this dominos was the worst mistake of my life and I'm not going to let them get away with this. I don't even have more money to order something else.
$26 for a pickup family LOADED SUPREME... Is anything but loaded.. where is the Ground beef, mushroom, pepperoni, Italian sausage, fresh baby spinach, smoked leg ham, pineapple, topped with oregano, tomato c...? A rip off , check you pizza before taking it home, you might find just the base..
So glad that this branch is just 700meters from our house. Dominoes has been a favourite pizza. Always consistent on size, ingredients and quality. This branch is always busy and parking is a premium. I suggest to order first online or thru phone.
It’s dominos. Only pizza place I’ll probably ever eat from. Other than an occasional delay in delivery at certain times, or a slightly problematic cut in a pizza, this is pretty much just your average hard working pizza place. Keep it up guys :

I would give it a zero star if there was an option. Took over an hour from the time I placed the order on their website to delivering it. Won't be ordering from this dominos branch ever again
Last time I ordered never got what we ordered cold and burnt then they gave me a voucher which I haven’t been able to use because every time I try it wouldn’t go through
Giving a 3 as it was edible but nothing extraordinary. Would've been nice if they could put an adequate amount of toppings on the pizza. Was a bit sad to get home and open up my pizza to 40% crust
If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly the worst dominoes in Sydney. They always stuff up the orders, very rude customer service honestly please listen to these reviews and save your self the head ache
