Our delivery arrived half an hour late and smashed. We had to call to find out where it was and were told to wait another 15 minutes was already 20 minutes late. One pizza was burned and both weren't even close to properly cut. They were both soggy and lukewarm. The garlic bread was squished flat, and both pizzas were squished with the toppings all over the box tops. Genuinely the worst experience we've ever had with Dominos, so disappointing.
Second time a pizza has turned up looking like it was thrown like a Frisbee. Not sure what staff training for delivery drivers occurs but this is terrible. And when I put through feedback no followup by the store either because they don't care or are too busy dealing with complaints. Looking at the previous feedback I'm definitely not the only one.

Ordered a pizza at 930 Nothing. No delivery. No answer to calls. . Just take my money " apparently ". Great service as always not . Oh 1hr38m delivery later and an offer of a garlic bread to say sorry for time. Yeah/nah
Purchased 2 pizzas and chips last night. Chips good, pizzas very average When are takeaway businesses going to give you the wow factor. I’m not sure how these businesses continue to survive in the current environment if they are not delivering food that you would talk about to others and have a loyal returning customer. Let’s face it, you can buy great fillet steaks and veg for the money you pay for basic takeaway
Very good pizza snd very good service. Lots of toppings. The deep pan base was sweet snd perfect. Have not had domjkos this good jn a Long time!
Just picked up two large, thin crust pizzas. They were ready on time, very quick. Got them home in 3 minutes and was disappointed that the Thin and Crispy pizzas were very thin, luke warm and floppy. The toppings were very mean. The gourmet Garlic Prawn pizza had 8 small prawns that were dry and rubbery. It did not look like the pizza on the website which has generous toppings. I had red onion added to the El Scorcho and we struggled to identify it on the pizza. I found two small bits and no more. Really disappointing. I would not order from here again.
Decided to pick up as delivery gets really expensive far to quickly,good enough pizza for after work and school
Tonight I called domino's Johnsonville to make a change to the drink I ordered. While, the person on the phone seemed to understand my request, It didn't end up being updated. Also the Chips and wedges were underdone. After a positive experience ordering from tawa. I have been trying Johnsonville and have been nothing but disappointed. They can't even cut the pizzas evenly. Not a big deal but, you'd think they would get better over time. I should have read previous one star reviews before ordering. I have now learnt my lesson and won't be ordering from this place again. I don't like having to leave bad reviews and I try to contact domino's via the website. So far all concerns have been ignored.
Everytime I order a pizza with Spring onions they never put that in even though I paid for it. This happened to me every single time and sometimes I have to check the pizza in the store and ask them to add it. If its a delivery then your are out of luck. This is robbery since it costs $0.50 for it. I understand its cheap pizza but at least they should put all the ingredients they mention in the menu
