B Lounge is an inspiring restaurant, combining an eclectic atmosphere with excellent and interesting food. The mission is to have not only a great food selection, but also efficient and superior service - customer satisfaction is our paramount objective. B Lounge will be the restaurant of choice for a mature and adult crowd, families, couples and singles, young and old, male or female.

Biryani is a rice-based dish made with spices, rice (usually basmati) and chicken, mutton, fish, eggs, or vegetables. The name is derived from the Persian word beryā(n), which means "fried" or "roasted".Alternative spellings include biryani, ,beryani or beriani. Biryani was believed to have been invented in the kitchen of the Muslim Mughal Emperors in North India.

Its menu will be unique and differs from other Indian restaurants and takeaways catering to the taste of the population around the Wellington region. The main attraction of the menu would be Biryani, freshly made Indian snacks (called chaats), finger foods served in tapas style, and southern Indian servings such as idly, dosas, vada, pongal, south indian thali etc.,
