Not "fast", it took 20 minutes to collect my order my receipt confirmed the time and it didn't seem that busy around 5pm on a Sunday unless they had a lot of orders through drive-thru. When I collected it, it was warmish, like it had been sitting for 10 minutes or more, so I'm guessing the burger was cooked within 10 minutes but it took 10 minutes to get my fries and drink? -1 for time considering it didn't appear busy others were waiting around for a while too -1 for not being warm enough possibly due to the above, and -1 for my large fries under-filled like regular fries. I hope this isn't the typical experience, but it was for me, so I have to give 2/5.
As with maccas you get what you pay for and the food is good but not the most healthy. Kid friendly options just have to watch sugar and salt content. Great as a cheap treat and we love the iced drinks for summer and the bundle deals.Food: 4/5
absolutely APPAULED and disgusted at the manner of the person who picked up my phone call at this place. Seems as though they have zero experience in speaking to customers, and totally dismissed my reasonable complaint that my friends and i were delivered the WRONG ORDER. We had every right to be mad, and were insulted when the lady working the phone simply made a mockery of my problem. Certainly don’t reccomend ordering from here, and if you do, be warned of the horrific customer service from this lady!

Consistently stuffing up. Appalling customer service, stuffed up order on 2 items, no apologies, rude lady at counter couldn't care less, told me that is what I ordered when I know I didnt, if you stuff up own it, no wonder people get mad, told them to sort their sh#t out, never going back.
Supervisor wasn’t interested in doing her job, was on her phone & it came across like she was baked stoned My order came out in 2 parts as well as having to chase up the food twice after being told it had come out by the supervisor. It wasn’t even that busy either….
Ordered a Grand Mac large combo and nuggets via uber eats. 3 hours later, I was vomiting violently and visiting the toilet every 30 minutes. Diagnosis- Food poisoning. This was the first meal of the day as well. Was a frequent visitor of Mc Donalds at Petone - this will be my last.
Just got home a while away from Petone Maccas, opened my burger box to find that my Big Mac only had one pattie in it and lots of lettuce where that meat should've been. Pay for food to not get the food. Not very fair.
One of the best McDonald's stores in Wellington and vicinity. Lots of tables to choose. Good for groups and get together.Food: 5/5
It took them 20 minutes to make a frozen coke. They served people with burgers and food before me. I just wanted a frozen coke I didn't wanna wait 20 minutesFood: 4/5
