This mcdonalds quality of food is not the best. Our fries packets werent full to the top and also luke warm. the cheese burgers were messy. Cant believe we spent $50.for this meal which was below average.
It was my second visit and fortunately I was being served by Mr Glen for the second time too. Both the times he provided us with the best customer service. Shop was clean and so much of good vibes. I have also noticed the team work displayed by the crew members. A great place with great standards would highly recommend to my friends. I believe that the great foods and great services makes the difference. I live in kilbirnie but I would prefer to go to Mc Donald's Petone. Thanks Mr Glen for making our visit so pleasant.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but my goodness I had the absolute most disgusting iced coffee from here today. It was such a shame I really feel like I wasted my money and I binned it straight away. It tasted like stale water mixed with honey and it was supposed to be an americano, it was vile.
Tonight between 10pm and 10:20pm 17 Jan 2025 I witness a manager swearing at a staff member why children were in the restaurant. It's such a shame that the others manager did not reprimand their colleague to have the discussion with the staff member in private instead of children's and patrons having to sit and listen to that kind of language. To the managers on site that is a form of bullying in the workplace. Employees should feel safe in their work environment and if you need to have those discussions have them in private. Chris and Liz Boon would be horrified to see such behaviour from their leadership team. I expect organisations like McDonalds to be a place of restaurant standards and not thuggery behaviour.
Came for drive-through after alighting the ferry from Picton. Service crew were pleasant and smiling, and food came quickly. However no serviettes were provided. We're not from NZ so not sure if this is the norm.
