The last Pizza I got from Charlstown store was the best I have ever got from any Domino's anywhere ever Hands down, they must of done away with the scales to way the toppings like most of them do. because it was very good and had heaps of toppings. Absolutely delicious. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the Pizza before that Pizza was nowhere near as good, so I'm not sure how constant it will be, but basted on the last Pizza it was the best 5 Stars. Charlstown Newcastle.

What can I say...mass produced pizza. Only just better than a supermarket bought one
I've tried dominos 'mega pepperoni' twice from the charlestown store, & both times they have been pathetic, not even enough to classify as a regular pepperoni. The owner doesn't care about anything except his profits. Go to the Adamstown one instead.
The last few months consistently under topped or even incorrect order delivered. Last time was it..not coming back as a customer. Really though if you.order a loaded pizza....you expect It to be more than a five dollar value range...especially when you pay to have extra pepperoni only to count a total of 6 pieces!! Not good enough.
Domino’s at Charlestown took my money but never delivered. When I later rang the store an answering message said it was closed for renovations. It’s very deceitful taking your money and order when you are closed. I rang the general Domino’s number but it’s hard to get any help. I rang a neighbouring Domino’s but they couldn’t help. What a terrible organisation. Probably lots of people have had the same treatment by the Charlestown store. Footnote: Domino’s did refund my money. It probably wasn’t the fault of the Charlestown branch but the IT side of Domino’s Australia
Wait time, Food quality, Poor Service. Was once a happy customer but the quality has dropped off We ordered online and opted for pick up arrived 10min after the recomended time. Was required to wait another forty minutes in the carpark. Pizzas appeared to be rushed as they were not consistant and they were dry. after discussions with multiple staff a garlic bread and drink were offered as compensation. Dont like writing bad reviews but there has been little good to say regarding this establishment for a while now.
Ordered pizzas from them, waited over 2 hours and they weren't delivered. Went into the store to pick them up instead. Decided to give them another chance and ordered pizzas, replacing tomato sauce with bbq. This order was not met making my partner and I extremely ill. Will never be ordering from here again.
The quality is so inconsistent— sometimes pizzas are great but most of the time they’re made poorly. We paid extra to have delivery in 20 mins and received undercooked pizza— like literally uncooked dough with cheese and toppings—it’s disgusting. Am I meant to put them in the oven to finish cooking them at home? And don’t bother calling them to let them know you’re not happy about the quality of pizza you received, because they don’t care. I would recommend ordering from Slice or Crust— better pizza and great customer service.
