Pulled chicken wrappo is really good and fries are alright. A bit pricey, came to$13.95 but it does get you full.
I travelled to NSW from Brisbane, QLD with my family and wanted to give them a taste of oporto as I work at Oporto. I told them to cut the whole chicken into 8 pcs while placing the order. When I got my food it was not cut into 8 pcs, I went to staff working at the front and let her know my problem. She was like we dont have any knife or scissors in the kitchen, I asked how do they cut the chicken and she told that the chicken comes cut into 4 pcs. The funny part is when I told her that I work at Oporto and know how the things work in the kitchen, she told me that she work at the FOH and doesnt know what goes on at the BOH. Wonderful customer service
Worst Oporto, I have had multiple problems with this Oporto as they refuse to swap grilled chicken for crispy chicken on my wrap claiming it's a stock take issue, yet every other Oporto I've ever been to has no issues. I even offered to pay more for the crispy chicken and was rudely refused. Manager was rude and aggressive, will never eat there again.
Your chips are yummy and freshly cooked and you even have chicken salt for them I wish other takeaway stores would do this it's the best idea around , The staff members have been pretty friendly and helpful so far at both this store and Westfield Kotara , I do recommend you guys . Got a triple filletlast week and the fillets were no bigger than a 50c piece. I think they cut nuggets in half and used those as fillets. Went here again today fillets were normal size but the order was wrong yet again. The staff should LISTEN when the customer is ordering. Very disappointed yet again. Oporto your failing.
Absolutely loved my meal, ordered a double Bondi Burger meal with chili sauce and bacon, I had outstanding service. Oporto definitely should open a store in Lismore. Next time I'm near a store in Newcastle I wanna try the Portuguese chicken.
Used to be able to order through Uber Eats from the Charlestown Sq store with you guys to where we live, now they won't deliver for some reason and money has been taken, a real shame as Oporto is lovely to have for lunch! I know you're not necessarily connected with Uber Eats but they still deliver through you guys and it's just been a joke, hope to get my money back asap.
Staff were very helpful and both the bondi wrap and chicken wrap were very good.
Can I order a meal without being met with a condescending stare and interrogated with a heap of questions? Yikes. The girls here are usually friendly but not today, disappointing.
Ordered breakfast asked for soft yolk eggs and got hard as nails eggs . When I questioned the girl I was told “we are not a restaurant and can’t cook them like that” to which end I asked her to look at the picture on the menu .no care at all
