We were a large group of people 8 people. With one kid. Kid meal was so good, and with a picture to paint. Vegetarian choices were so good. The 3 types of chips, it's a nice recommendation, fantastic! The Wagyu burger had not a lot of flavour, but it was not bad at all Vegetarian options: A lot of choices. Very good! Kid-friendliness: Some pictures for kids to draw and paint Nice kid meal as well.
One of the better Grill’ds I’ve been to. Location was good with nice views from the seating area. We got the burger with some chips. Apparently the colouring pages aren’t for 40 year olds…….what the actual heck, Molly. No need to be rude about it.

Such a great place, great vibe, and amazing food. The staff are always friendly and the food is always consistent in quality and presentation. A big shout out the Brad-your people skills are amazing mate-thanks for making every visit a great one! Thanks Ella for always accommodating us with our love of the chip seasoning! Such a great down to earth crew. Well done guys-service and food done right!
Super friendly staff, which is a great trait of most Grilld’s I’ve been to. The team were super accomodating with the kids & our dietary requirements & even helped me recover my Relish account I’d tried before myself with no success. It’s pretty hard to beat Grill’d for consistency, quality & healthy food that’s fast. Vegetarian options: Some of the best before options that exist in a burger environment, including the “impossible” patty. Kid-friendliness: Lots of space, nice and loud so noise isn’t a problem, pencils & colouring in. Also a play park right outside. Parking: Next to charlestown square near Timezone , movies Dietary restrictions: Vegan, GF, DF, Egg free options that are still tasty. Even the option to have your burger without a bun, served on a plate. Delicious
So at 6pm my gf and myself got grill’d for Dinner both burgers were dry and burnt but my gf ate hers anyway, mine though was like eating charred beef that had been left on the grill for too long, i decided to take it back and show them how disgusting it was and by the look on the managers face i could tell she was not impressed with her staff, so after getting a full refund and a new fresh delicious burger id have to say I’m glad i took it back and complained because usually id just let it be and be unhappy instead. Thanks to the staff who fixed this unpleasant burger and made my night off more enjoyable
Love that this branch has a little outside section with courtyard vibes. All of the staff were so lovely and friendly, from the greeter who was happy to asker a few questions, to the person who took our order to the person who checked on us, everyone was very friendly. Also loving watching the plant based options grown on the menu with both Beyond and Fable burgers being offered. We had one of each and both were delicious and very filling.
Customer service was attentive, variety of lamb burgers was dismal and $9 for a mid strength Australian beer is just unaustralian and would recommend that you don’t support this local business.Recommended dishesZucchini Chips
I had the Burger and onion rings .... service was pretty quick and friendly...definitely go back for another feed soon.....Food: 5/5
