Mouldy pizza bases! When I called to complain they offered to make my order again... no thanks, never again!

I ordered for a box of pizza and cheezy fries gravy. When i went there to claim them, to my dismay, they had never been prepared at all. The staff were not apologetic and they were even grinning and laughing saying things in their own language!  They gave me the correct pizza but a wrong fries. They were rude and unapologetic. Very poor customer service

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered the vegetarian pizza for myself  and an Americano for my Mum. I put spinach on mine, the spinach was put on top like a garnish and was dry and burnt. The base was soggy like it had been microwaved. Everything was just soggy and gross. The Americano pizza was dry and stiff to the point where I could throw it as a frisbee. Never ever ordering from here again.

It's been a while since we had dominos and man has the quality dropped. Dry and hardly any cheese. The vegetarian pizza was disgusting. A real let down and a big concern for a large company like this if they want to stick around.. would have given 1 star but service was very good hence 2 stars...
