For customers who read these reviews and wonder, "how small can it be?". Here are some pictures. When I arrived, the manager was trying to explain to another customer that large or small refers to the weight of the dough but not how small it looks. Okay, I accepted that but looking at the uneven thickness... Why not use the small boxes for both large and small sizes? Please make it properly. I never waste food, so I will use the cornicione for my sandwich tomorrow. NOT RECOMMENDED.
I saw the first photo on their website, and what I got was the one on the second photo. Is it a kind of a joke? No fresh basil, no decent amount of tomato at all. It looked like cheap kids' pizza. Tomato was chopped into tiny pieces and the only thing I could feel was the tomato skin.
Overcrowded small no line or order chaotic, food excellent, 1 female short thin dark Indian lady very rude, she seems unable to hear properly struggles to spell and understand English does not even know the ingredients in the pizza had to explain a few times. I watched her speak very rudely to a few customers who were still polite to her. Very poor, can't work under pressure so takes it out on customers.
23/09/2022 I have ordered online for delivery for a specific time, I even ordered earlier as my last week order was almost 30 mins late. This time the order arrive 50 minutes early. I have rung the Pizza club central and spoke to their manager who said they do not have anyone to deliver at the time I requested hence they decided to have it delivered early. They did not even make me aware that they are changing the delivery time. When I spoke to the manager he said 1. he will send another batch of pizza 2. and i have requested an update in an hour 1.5 hours passed no calls no pizza, hence I rang up again was offered a free delivery next time I order instead. Not happy at all, want to see if he does what he promised this time to refund half of the cost as promised, AGAIN.

Two big words in the KIWI vocabulary, THANK and YOU. How about a thank you when I've handed over my hard earned almost $20.00 for a small pizza in a large box, I said thank you when you took my order. I said THANK YOU when you finally gave me the small pizza in a large box, you said NOTHING!. = This result, first and LAST time coming to this pizza joint!. This sort of behaviour loses new customers, the lack of normal standard manners, something that has been dying in customer service in N Z for years. Embarrassing...

I made a mistake order to this store instead of another, i didnt notice straight away. Even though they had started prep they refunded me and i continued the orser at another store 5/5 service for that one. Food is amazing and i will continue going to pizza club.Food: 5/5
One of the great pizza places in Auckland cbd. Pizza was big and tasty. They have multiple option including fish pizza. we have orders a Pari pari Chicken Pizza. Sides are great too. Only thing they should include is seating arrangement. Love to visit again.
It is really awesome pizza chain in the Auckland, NZ. I really love their pizzas, one can not compare its incredible pizzas with any other places, they really have some magic in their sauces too. It's price is comparatively high but for this quality and taste, it's worth. Just go and try, and I guarantee if you're a foodie, "Thank me, later. "
