Placed an order online. After 90 minutes and no delivery I called. They said they didn't receive the order. I said maybe your computer screwed up. They said yes probably and HUNG up in my face. They didn't ask if I needed to order or any excuse. I printed the order and went to the store. No one eating there and their food containers full at 4:00pm. I showed it to the guy there and told him what happened. No apologising no how can we fix this for you. I said that's fine we'll eat macaroni and cheese and left. As I turned to leave he asked me if I paid I said no it was cash on delivery. He smiled. What are you smiling about? That you lost a customer a family of 4 heavy eaters? What kind of business sense do you have? None! You should be out of business and you will be soon.  Instead of smiling because you don't have to refund me you should have been nice and offer to serve me and even go beyond and offer me a free appetizer or treat. You wonder why these food places have a 50% failure rate?

Nothing great to say about this place unfortunately. Offered very bland and tasteless food for a curry. I ordered what I I usually get from down the road. Came here to try the competition. Let's just say there isn't any. Purchased a butter chicken, naan and coke. The only thing I really liked was the coke. The guy serving seemed to not want to be there. Kitchen looked dirty. The food in the warmers looked like it had been there all day. The dining area is shared between other restaurants in a cafeteria like set up. The buyer chicken tasted like they might of made a great mall but had them watered it down to make it go further. Possibly frozen??

An hour wait for take-away during lunch time is not acceptable.
EDIT: The online order systems sends and sms stating 1hour before pickup. It was ready much sooner; luckily they phoned me asking when I would like to pick up the food. Friendly owners, very good food, decent pricing.

Worst Indian Iv had the the butter chicken was so watery with the odd bit of chicken and the Nann bread was like a pastry definitely never going back would avoid at all costs
