I've just moved our kids to DOT and so pleased we did. My son had a "maybe fracture" and we were fitted in with no hassle what so ever. Lovely warm friendly staff and great doctors. Would highly recommend this practice!

Whilst clearly biased, as we have been going to DOT since its inception around 15 yrs ago. We love the vibe, feedback from the reception staff and their care. If i call they answer, if i email they get back to me and if i ask a question they answer, what else can you ask for. Nervous about choosing a new Doctor many years ago, we did(Chandren) and are so glad we chose this practice, well done to all, including those great nurses.

Terrible organisation by Teresa one of the ladies behind the desk. Does not pass on messages and apparently land lines arnt used these days, and this is why i have not recieved any calls regarding issues! If you need medical attention, find some where else. For check ups and what not, its fine. but i would not rely on hearing back unless you feel like calling 3 or 4 times before knowing anything -
