Divers Den has been proudly operating for over 40 years, we are not only one of the largest but also the longest established Great Barrier Reef operator in Cairns. In 2017 we have expanded into Port Douglas with our newest vessel AquaQuest and a brand new retail store. We enjoyed our time diving with Divers Den! Everybody was so attentive, friendly and helpful during our time spent with them. Diving with them was super fun and safety was definitely their utmost priority making sure we had the best experience exploring the Great Barrier Reef with all the amazing dive spots. Food prepared and served by the kitchen crew were all tasty and perfectly portioned for everyone on board. We highly recommend your next diving/snorkeling experience with Divers Den!
We did a six day trip. The food was great! Proper English Bacon in abundance at breakfast. Definitely splurge for the guided dives. We had amazing guided dives with Bella and Diego. The best part was we saw a hammerhead head shark on one of the guided dives!

What a memorable way to start my first bucket list trip to Australia and The Great Barrier Reef! The staff was incredible. Before every dive they made sure to tell us exactly where to go for all sea life and offered paid guides for a reasonable price.nThe safety checks for gear and overall time management was much appreciated and made for an at ease dive experience.nnThis is a must stop if you are hoping to dive the reef! A few folks I wanted to give shoutouts to! If you happen to bump into them please know you are in great hands! : Thanks Daniel, Sandy, Archie, and everyone else sorry brain fog from all the fun that made this a trip of dreams!!!nnUntil next time!!
This was my biggest incentive for visiting Australia and been such a highlight of my trip so far. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the team at Divers Den and the live-aboard boat, are 100% responsible for that! Thank you guys! From start to finish everyone was friendly, energetic, knowledgeable and kind. The boat was comfortable, the food plentiful and delicious, and the diving opportunities unparalleled. Safety was paramount, and as an eco-conscious company it was great that the protection of the reef was taken so seriously, and at the forefront of every dive. Anna, Charlotte, Will, Taylor, and the ENTIRE team I’m terrible with names and there were so many outstanding members of staff! across deck hands, dive instructors and interior were exceptional and so much fun. Thank you especially to Van who helped me complete my refresher course, a total legend and expert in all things scuba/marine life related not to mention astonishing photographer. I can’t wait to return and do it all over again! Huge thank you and I cannot recommend Divers Den highly enough. 10/10! Five stars!
