Booked an appointment for 2:20pm, I rang up reception prior to 2:20 letting them know I was going to be a little bit late. Got there at 2:22pm, waited for an hour anyway and once it came time to head in was rudely told “sorry you were late” to which the lady GP then took two other patients, promptly left after that. Avoid if you don’t want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. Very unprofessional.
Dr Jigau is compassionate and kind and very thorough. She will not leave a stone unturned until she finds the cause of the problem you presented with and then she will advise appropriate treatment. My sons and I have been seeing her for a number of years now. It takes us over 1 hour to get to her but she is worth the drive. HIGHLY recommended
Dr Jigau is fantastic, I have never met such a compassionate doctor before. She really spends time with you, and doesn't just give out medications, but will also spend time teaching you how to live healthy. She helped me through a difficult medical condition and I am forever grateful for that. If she is running late, it is because she doesn't rush patients, and you won't be rushed too. She has heaps of patients loyal to her, for good reason !
Upset to say the least. Made an appointment for 2.40pm. Was 10 minutes late due to my schedule and events out of my control and waited patiently for 40 minutes with my sick daughter to then ask the smug receptionist how much longer we would be to find out we where third in line. "Sorry its been busy" and she actually gave me gravy about turning up late!!!! Nice enough lady Dr Jigau but seems to only prioritise her fellow Romanian clientele and not really show much interest in everyone else. Feel better after my two cents worth....
It is true that often we wait a while, even if we turn up on time. Some patients just need that extra time I suppose. This doctor will never rush you like in those big clinics Even if you don't make an appointment this doctor will see you. I have been coming here for years. Doctor C. Jigau is kind and caring. And very busy.
