First of all I jist want to say that i never leave feedback or a review but you do have to give credit when credit is due.

We have been to many holiday parks over the years and don't normally love a park that much to go back anytime soon, However the team at Discovery park Ballina have an absolutely amazing park so much so that while we were there not only was it not long enough and didn't want to go to our next destination on our 2 week traveling holiday but we worked out the next possible time to come back and booked while we were there.

If you have kids there is no better place we have found that can top this place especially for the low rate and what it includes. They really have thought about everything, the kids love the water park and the pools. It's great to know that you can let the kids go and have fun knowing that the toddler pool and water park  isn't deep (we have a 3 year old), the Mini golf is heaps of fun, fishing is great, my 3 year old daughter cought her first fish as soon as the bait hit the water. The activities they have during the school holidays are great but it's not just the great facilities but the great team behind it all, Nothing is ever too hard for them. My wife always tells me what she thinks about the showers, the hot water never ran out, the pressure is awesome and the shower heads are great especially after a swim in the bay (most shower heads we find are not adjustable and feel like your getting hit with a hose and excess water sprays everywhere), not the case with this park, even down to the rubber mats in the showers is something no other park we find have thought of.

So if your looking for an awesome park for your family you truly won't be disappointed.

Friendly helpful staff clean and tidy caravan park close to beach and breakwall plenty of  places for short walks and thinks to see

Five stars for the girl on the front desk. She was exceptionally friendly, SUPER helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I'd stay again in a heartbeat as long as she is still working here. Also, kids pool was fantastic.
