Amazing park, kept the kids busy all day. Parking around 10am when we arrived was easy to get but we noticed by 11am it was pretty full. Toilets are filthy but we kind of expected that. Canteen had hot chips, coffee, ice blocks, coffee was beautiful. Bring sand toys and swimming costumes are my suggestions and picnic blankets as it’s very hard to claim a spot with an umbrella as there aren’t many. Cheap outings highly recommend it.

Loads of space!!! Great park to bring everyone to. Enjoyed exploring all the equipment, something for small children all the way up to bigger kids. Soft fall grounds, many swings to choose from, dune shaped slinders, wooden fort super large with rope bridge. We had some serious fun run around this park. Beautiful waters edge BBQ area. Lots of grass and sitting area, maintained. With full amenities and even a cafe. However we went after yourself so was shut. The rangers who take care of the park are very nice and friendly. Coming from a different state we we're all very impressed!! Highly recommend!!

One of the best places we've been to. Although it's more of a playground with heaps of play equipments and massive ground to run around. The artificial floors around play area makes it easier and convenient. However it also contributes towards making it warmer, especially on summer days. I would love if it had shades. Toilet facilities urgently need upgrading. Only two toilets in such a massive and busy park is not justified. Parking can be nightmare during weekends, we found a spot after 40 mins of waiting. But we did have a great time once out of the car!

My kids and i love it. Wide open space, ample parking, water play area, river side walk, opportunities for bird watching, fun play area. Zip line is popular with kids. Barbecue area for picnics is nice too, reasonably kept washrooms, most dogs are leashed.
