Manager was extremely rude and did not take our concerns seriously. Not sure if this was racially influenced but definitely felt that she was being unnecessarily impolite. Facilities were nice and could have had a very fun night if the customer service was improved considering this is the first thing customers interact with.

At first I was afraid, I was petrified, then I realised it was a karaoke bar and people weren't being murdered they were having fun! There is something beautiful about 100 drunk people screaming hits at the top of their lungs. This place is great go to at the end of a night for some good old karaoke fun.

Good for those who want to try something different lol. The place was ok definitelybgets busy
