The period leading up to my motorcycle PDA in Mirrabooka had me stressed and anxious to say the least. Then I met Andy my assessor on the day. A calmer more chilled guy would be hard to find. I felt more relaxed straight away and was able to just concentrate on the riding. His instructions were all super clear and confidence inspiring. Thank you Andy, a true professional
I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank and commend the team at the Mirrabooka Department of Transport for the outstanding experience I had during my most recent practical driving assessment.nnAfter two incredibly frustrating attempts at the City West location where I unfortunately encountered poor customer service and a general lack of courtesy or professionalism; I was feeling quite disheartened about the entire process.nnHowever, choosing to sit my third attempt at the Mirrabooka branch was the best decision I could’ve made. From the beginning, the atmosphere was completely different. I was welcomed with kindness and genuine smiles, and I immediately felt more at ease.nnI had the pleasure of doing my driving test with Andy, and I am truly without words to express my gratitude for his professionalism, calm presence, and respectful manner. His approach helped reduce my anxiety and allowed me to perform with confidence. He conducted the test with fairness, clarity, and empathy something that, in my previous experiences, had been completely lacking.nnI also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sharon and Sarah, who were both incredibly warm and helpful. Their friendliness and positive attitudes made a world of difference and turned what is usually a nerve-wracking experience into a much more pleasant one.nnI cannot recommend the Mirrabooka Department of Transport enough! The level of professionalism and care shown here is miles ahead of what I experienced at City West. To anyone considering where to book their driving assessment, my advice is simple: choose Mirrabooka - you will not regret it!
Had my driving test at 1.50pm and my assessor was really nice, I passed first try even though I did go through roundabouts a bit rough, and went on a curb and made the instructor fly at the door but he still passed me and I'm really happy!
I had my motorbike PDA test with assessor Andy, awesome guy! He was clear with his communication throughout and definitely not the type to try and trick you during the test. Polite, respectful, and professional. Thanks again for being awesome, Andy!
These guys do such a great job, considering how busy it is! nnI had my PDA motorcycle test with Andy, and he was AMAZING! Super chill, professional and spoke clearly and concisely which really helped put me at ease.nSeems like a great guy.
