Clearly they just give licences away as everyone in QLD drives terribly. Cut everyone off, drive slow in the right lane on the freeway, use the phone while driving all day.. thats the spirit, here have a QLD drivers licence. 

In other issues, I work so hard to get a licence here in AUST yet we accept international licences where people can just bribe, or get one by default no test, yet they are honoured here in Australia, now thats ripping off the locals.
