Kara, Troy and Courtney make this office a pleasure to deal with. The team are caring and responsive and always make you feel welcome. No request is too difficult or too much trouble. As for one  negative review from an individual, re "they never answer the phone and doesn't have a message service" - this is far from the truth and note the day the message was left was on the EKKA public holiday.

Kara and her team go above and beyond for customer service.  Very kind and compassionate.
