Dan Murphy's South Tweed

Great shop,easy access, great prices. The products had been moved and grouped together differently from previous visit so was a bit confusing. Still good choices in products and price range. Staff always happy to help if you need assistance.

What a very cool Dan Murthy’s! Excellent range of wine and beers, best I have seen! Excellent customer service I was looking for wine and a staff member popped and offered me help. Checkout lady was very friendly and helpful as well! What are you waiting for go and get some grog it will make your life better!!!

I always find Dan Murphy's at South Tweed very helpful, I had barely walked in and was ask could they help with what I was looking for, actually took me to the wine I was looking for. Top Service and to Top it Off, the Price was the Best in Tweed Heads. Colin

good prices but, run low on stock of some items. I said why dont you order more. They said we dont do the ordering the computer does. Like dah doesn't ban operator have to put the order figures in?

Very uncomfortable experience today. Felt like a criminal being blatantly followed and watched by staff member. I had no bags on me, only holding my wallet so no idea where they thought I'd hide something but felt compelled to walk out without buying anything. Shame, as I am a member and shop there often but felt incredibly uncomfortable.

Apart from the worst car park in the world, selection is OK, but pricing typical Endeavour Group high. Local bottlos compete very well so look around!

Just had a really bad experience. I couldn't understand what the cashier was saying because of the mask and because I'm not native English speaker. The old man got impatient and was super super rude with me notice there was no one behind me, so no need to rush. When I understood he was asking my ID, I went to the car to get it. When I came back to pay, he didn't asked me for my membership and I ended up paying extra $8 for what I was buying, cause I was so nervous and forgot as well. If he doesn't want to be there working, maybe better let someone else to do it. Or maybe it was because I'm not Australian? Not sure. I just think yoy should select better your employees, or get them a better training.

As a disabled person I have to have a disabled parking. I notice that most of your customers are elderly, these parking spots are always full , and when I pass these cars there is no Handicapped stickers showing. One day I was waiting to get into a disabled park, when a car came in off the road and drove straight in no sticker, and when I asked him I was waiting for the car to get out my indicator was going, he just laughed. So I had to leave. The pick up spot was perfect , but we Can't even stop there now.
