Normally the staff are great. Today I was served not really by a rude pig.nHe was dressed in an Hawaiian shirt, with a grey beard. About 50yo.nIf you don't want to work in hospitality, try working from home!nFortunately there are other BWS stores nearby.

Good selection and some good bargains

Great little shop and the staff are really friendly.nI’ve been lucky to have Cody serve me a few times and is always giving great advice.

Walked in the heat from my hotel to buy water as the local water isn’t agreeing with me. Got asked for ID, which I didn’t have on me, fair enough it’s a licensed shop, they’re doing their job. Walked back to get my ID, came to buy the water and they accuse me of having a fake ID as it was apparently “stamped”. I’m from south Australia and our IDs have a laminated hole, for the very purpose of authentication. Not impressed that I couldn’t even buy WATER. Extremely poor customer service.
