Looks great after the makeover! Same old friendly staff with great advice & a smile. Usually very easy to get in & out, even with a trolley to grab something for the evening.

Sales assistants ignored me as I waited at the register for a couple minutes. I was then asked for id and had to walk to the car to get it. When I got back I was told I couldn't be served as my younger brother and girlfriend who was with me didn't have ID I was buying the wine as a gift for our mum and the reason she supplied for not serving me was that I could be 'supplying minors with alcohol'. I walked straight into the BWS next door and had no problems at all. I work for coles and even supplied a staff card at the register. Not very impressed.

The two dark-headed young girls who work in this branch give wonderful customer service. Lovely, professional manners and very switched on. I cannot say the same for the older man with dark blonde dyed? who seems to have anger management issues. Dreadful, menacing energy coming off him from the counter and as he stomps around the shop. I and even my neighbour avoid going in there if we can see him.

A handy local bottle shop in The Pines Shopping Centre. They have a large variety of stock, you can certainly find some interesting wines here. The gent that served me last week was very helpful and knowledgeable when recommending a red wine to go with our dinner. I was very pleased with my purchase, we enjoyed a delicious bottle of Shiraz. The prices here are quite reasonable and they have good specials as well.  Parking is not a problem here. Well worth a looksee.

Please ask all the customers their id if you think you are doing your job properly. Don't ask randomly. Unprofessional.
