I recently ordered 10 bottles of wine online via one of First Choice specials. When I got home, I realized I had purchased some wine in error as it was low alcohol. Completely my error as I didn’t read the information carefully enough when ordering online. I returned to the store after 20 minutes, the manager came out and said it was no problem. He would immediately give me a store credit and I was able to use that money to buy what I wanted. All this was handled with a smile, although they were very busy at the time. I was very pleased with this service considering the issue was really my fault after all.
Had want we wanted, beer and wine for the van and a couple of speco bottles to share with special family tomorrow evening. Great friendly staff showed us to these special bottles.
Ordered from Uber that has nothing about the horrible service First choice has, beer came warm… better option to go myself to chose even not going never anymore, terrible service guys are not professional at all.. even when I called to complain they turned of the phone on my face… you guys must be going broke…
I drive past 8 retail liquor outlets to shop here. The staff Bonny + Sue .. sorry but forget the other names go way beyond the call of duty to assist.nTheir craft beer specials clearance sale prices are best on the coast.nWill price match brands on sale at other outlets in the area all done with a big smile.
Ordered online through door dash, the order was taking a while so decided to call the store. Spoke to the lovely CJ hope I heard that correctly, what an absolute trooper of a garl, she let me know my order was sitting there, also let me know that the drinks I ordered weren't cold, so she offered to through them in the cool room and get them more pepped. Lovely lady, definitely will come back to this store just because of her customer service
