I went into this store to buy a gift for a man but I didn't know what to get, all I knew was that he likes trying 'Craft Beer' one of the workers saw me & must have realised I was stuck so he asked if he could help with anything. I explained the situation & he spent 15min showing me the different craft beer then he pulled aside 12 telling me why he was choosing those to show me. I took all 12. I didn't get the workers name but I was very grateful for his assistance & knowledge. The store was lovely & clean & well set out. Will definitely return to this store again.
Dan Murphy’s Robina is my go-to for everything from weekend wines to hard-to-find spirits. The store is well-stocked, prices are always competitive, and the team are super knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve helped me discover some great new labels and are always happy to offer recommendations. Quick checkout, great range, and a solid shopping experience every time.
I rarely write reviews, but the service at Dan Murphy's Robina was so poor that I felt compelled to speak up. The staff were not only unhelpful but also came across as arrogant and dismissive when I asked for assistance. It felt like I was a bother rather than a customer. There's no excuse for that kind of attitude in retail. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where basic courtesy is still a priority.
One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while! Jacqui was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She went out of her way to help me find a bottle of gin and even surprised me with an Easter egg—a really kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Jacqui!
Love the store and friendly staff however I find it an insult when Members Offers can only be a few cents off the full price eg Johnnie walker whisky. Very occasionally it may be a bit better, so much for being a loyal member
