How bad is your customer service here. And do you care about making more revenue for your store at all. I was just at dan Murphy’s Chermside store tonight to buy some alcohol. As everyone is tonight being the day before Good Friday. I arrive at the store at 8:57pm with your trading hours being 9am-9pm tonight. And the doors were already locked up. How is that trading from 9am-9pm? I went fully out of my way to get to this store as others were already closed and you were not. Just ridiculous.

Literally got my friend and I’s ID checked upon extrance. Then my friend left. Both of us nearly 19. 
Got to the counter and got refused served because my friend left and she again needed to check ID

Security guard was beyond rude saying we all look too young to be in the store and kicked us out even though we had ID,  will never be returning and will warn others off.

Kindly asked a staff member where a product was after he showed us the selection we thanked him and then he decided we were unable to provide any more service on the condition one friend had no id on them but clearly was old enough. We both had id and are over 25. We felt quite disappointed and abruptd that he had to ask us after showing the selection ..
