I called in last Friday afternoon to grab a few things and when I walked through the door a staff member greeted me and said can I help you. I said yes, as I wasn't familiar with the layout in this store and the guy said you will probably need a trolley and proceeded to grab one for me which was handy because I didn't have any coins on me. He then lead me to all the drinks I was looking for and helped load the trolley with me.nGood old customer service goes a long way and unfortunately not all businesses see the value in this. I am sorry I didn't grab his name but cheers for the great service.
Decent size store with good stock. The car park can be challenging to get in and out of depending on the traffic lights and flow of traffic
The all new looking Dan Murphy's Bundaberg, bigger range, larger cool[room] along with 25+ more chilled fridges, easy to navigate layout, tastings in the new discovery space in the middle of the store.
Went into the store a few days ago, didn't have a coin for trolley, a lovely young lady working there offered to get a trolley for me, then asked if I required any assistance, when I stated no thank you, she responded with well I'll be around this area if you need any help, or there are other staff around the shop who will gladly assist. They are always pleasant here. Store is always clean and tidy
I was looking around for a specific beer that I wanted. 1 of the staff saw I looked lost and helped me locate what I wanted. She was friendly and helpful and stopped her own work to help rather wait for me to ask like a lot of places do. Then she happily went back to her job.nSimple, polite, done..nThanks you.
