We visited for the first time and we really enjoyed the food and the delicious coffee. However, after we finished our meal and drinks, we were very disappointed to learn there were no recycling bins. Given that all the food and beverage is served in recyclable containers it would make so much more sense to provide customers with a recycling facility. Especially for its location, many people are environmentally conscious and to see so much plastic straws, cups, cutlery etc. being dumped into general waste is very disappointing. Don't think I will be coming back any time soon unless the cafe provides with appropriate environmentally friendly bins.

I went to Daisies Cafe in Cottesloe this morning, hoping for some breakfast. I had been there a few weeks previously, and had asked them what was vegan. The girl told me that the cornbread with avo and salsa was vegan without sour cream. So I ordered and enjoyed my breakfast. I went back this morning for the same thing and double checked if it was vegan without sour cream, the girl said no, and even double checked with the kitchen, and they put eggs in their cornbread. The weird thing is that the first we went there, a girl came out half way through the meal like she was going to say something, but she saw how much I had eaten and then said she was just checking I got my order.  This is really not okay and is hugely disrespectful, and could have made me extremely ill.

Overpriced, underwhelmed. Wouldn't bother going again. 45 min wait for coffee??!! Really?? I make better coffee at home anyway.

Stay away from the Reuben sandwiches. They are so good you’ll get addicted. Awesome place.
