The service here was poor, staff were pushy and my friend received a haircut that was two different lengths and cut way too short from what was asked. The lady who cut her hair attempted to hide her wrongdoing by drenching it in water so it was too dark to see the obvious mistake she had made, she let her walk out and once it had dried clumps of hair had begun to fall out. Two of us attended today for ghd curls. Mine a bob and friend shoulder length. I was charged $85 and done in 10 mins. She was charged $22.50. The salons response, tell your friend to split it.Service: Hairstyling

This is by far and away the WORST salon experience I have ever had. If you’re looking to be over charged, not listened too, and get given an awful hair style then this is the place for you. The second biggest grievance I have is the actual styling. I went in with a photo of how my hair used to look - and the only similarity between that and what I was given was that it was my own hair on my head. EVERYTHING wasn’t just different, but looked AWFUL. I swear I looked like if a 1940s actress stuck a fork in an electric socket. It just wasn’t at all what I asked for. Which brings me to Curtis Hair’s biggest blunder - the price. All is asked for was a style, no cut, nothing else. I went up to the till with my hair looking awful, and they had the audacity to try to charge me $80. EIGHTY! After looking at the lady dumbfounded, she mumbled ‘oh hang on that’s wrong’, and still charged me $60! Honestly I should have kicked up a stink, but I was just too shocked. I ended up going home and redoing my hair - $60 dollars totally wasted. Oh - and this isn’t even mentioning my stylists inappropriate comments about the Muslim community. Do not go to Curtis Hair. Instead, drive down the road with your windows open for similar results on the cheap.Service: Hairstyling
Had Judy today, definitely the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. Soo happy! Highly recommended nailed the colour cut and blow dry. Ill be back.
Great salon! Great staff! Great atmosphere! Judy is fantastic. She listens to her client and is so much fun. Love my new short hair, the colour and everything. And the home made biscuits were absolutely yummy ....
