I ordered 6 mini cupcakes in different flavours over the phone. When I went to pick up my order however they couldn't find it.  They were very apologetic and gave me 6 big ones instead since some of the flavours had sold out in the mini size, and they only charged for my original order. I had a lot more cake than planned but the birthday boy loved it!! Great customer service :)

Best cupcakes in Melbourne. So fresh and baked to perfection. And plenty of icing- almost too much. They have a daily vegan/gluten free flavour too (which tastes as good as the normal cupcakes) so most can be catered for!

Delightful cupcakes available in so many different varieties. They even have vegan options that are also gluten free AND actually taste great! I’ve also use Cupcake Central to deliver to friends which is such a great service.

Quick search on internet led me to Cupcake Central, who patiently took my order and directed me to closest outlet at Melbourne Central.  On arrival received very prompt service and courtesy was extended by staff who helped carry the 45 delicious cupcakes to my transport.   Fantastic customer service by Adrian and Reece.  
The cupcakes were moist and delicious and the variety unbelievable.  Enjoyed by all in the office.  Thanks Cupcake Central.

Cupcake Central is one of these place, which specialises in just one item and they do it real good.  What I noticed when I entered the food court Melbourne Central is the series of yummy posters in turquoise blue, heavily advertising some interesting food quotes, with an arrow pointing me where this tiny little cupcake factory is.  

What hits when you follow these food quotes directing you to cupcake central, is the massive number of cupcakes that are displayed, with the wide variety ranging from Toffee Apple, to Oreo Cookie & Cream, and the classic and popular Red Velvet.

The Red Velvet cupcake was not overly sweet, like its meant to be, the cup cake was soft and fluffy with just the right amount of icing that it deserves.

Would I visit again, definitely yes to try out their other super interesting flavours
