My favourite cupcakes are from the Magnolia Bakery in New York and these ones are up there too!! The carrot cake flavour is amazing and is usually my go to. I love the choc vanilla too. The sticky date cupcake for August has been devine please make it permenant? The girls are always friendly! Please get a store at Eastland
Purchased a biscoff cake macarons and cupcakes. All were presented as seen on the website. Ordering: simple Delivery: the tracking was to the mintue. The cake m : there was no guessing of the size as the description was written well. It stated feeds 12 I feed 18 and had left over as I cut thin slices the flavour was there. The icing was sweet so a thin slice was very satisfying. The macarons and cupcakes: absolutely perfection. All in all I could not fault anything about the company.
WOW!! 5/5 stars for The Cupcake Queens - Chadstone. In such a busy shopping centre with so many options, I still won't go anywhere else for a coffee and a snack! They have a clean, quiet and inviting sitting area where I can sit and enjoy my coffee and delicious cupcake or two because they are just that addictive!!. Customer service is also outstanding...so kind and attentive every time I visit, from every team member I encounter. Keep up the great work Cupcake Queens!
The Cupcake Queens are an exceptional Business, the service is very personal & the cupcakes are absolutely divine in their flavours and decorations. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to send a gift or treat themselves while out shopping. Thank you CCQ! XO

I've been going to The Cupcake Queens for years now and met most of the staff working there and everyone there are very friendly and helpful. Nicole is the Manager and is excellent and a great coffee maker as are her team. The Cup Cakes are just so delicious. I've tried quite a few and they taste amazing and so fresh. Red Velvet is great as is their yummy Carrot cup cake. I've tried the Cookies and Cream as well as the Rocky Road which has a Marshmallow on top and the moorish Raspberry one. Coffee is great as well and you can sit comfortably behind to enjoy your coffee and cup cake or "Toasty" sandwhich and chat with friends. Love the friendly chat we have when I go. Thanks Girls! ‍

Had the carrot cupcake and it was amazing! Light, fluffy and perfect coat of the frosting on top! Very hard to stop at one.
Today I went in to get my coffee and cake, I was served by the wonderful Eliza, I got a pack of 6 cupcakes and then she gave me one to try for free. Then, she recommended that I combine both almond and soy milk in my coffee a mix I have never experienced before and I loved it! From now on this will be my go to order! I couldn’t recommend this place any more, especially when Eliza is working!
