The Freshest Cupcakes. I wanted a special treat for my grandson’s birthday & I had yet to find a place that sold FRSESH cupcakes.... I read the reviews on Runaway Cupcakes & off we went after picking up the grandkids from school. It was a rainy day & late in the afternoon so I had my fingers crossed that we wouldn’t be disappointed that there were either no cupcakes left or they were not fresh. There weren’t a lot of choices by the time we arrived, but enough to keep the grandkids happy & they were so fresh & so delicious.... I love my cupcakes & I loved the icing on my Red Velvet Cupcake, not sickly sweet or too grainy/sugary... Now I just have to think of another time to visit Runaway Cupcakes.... and sooner rather than later 😊

Amazing customer service and absolutely delicious cupcakes. Lucy really puts in that little extra work and shows that runaway cupcakes really values their customers. I ordered cupcakes for my vegan girlfriend and although they didn't have any chocolate available she baked a new batch for me and delivered it fresh! Wonderful! Every experience I've had with runaway cupcakes has been amazing and I highly recommend to everyone! :)

This place is simply amazing, my experience from the time I called them to place an order till the time cake was delivered it was an awesome experience. I spoke to a lady called Lucy she was very friendly, helpful and is exceptionally outstanding in her customer service. I called many places to place an order for a birthday cake to be delivered to home but was refused by many places as it was a Sunday and it was a last minute order. Finally when I spoke to Lucy from Runaway Cupcakes she was at her best in helping me out, she did a great job using her creativity in making the cakes and delivered the cake even though it was late in the evening. Overall truly delighted with the service I would strongly recommend this place, very few places can deliver The Best service and this is definitely one among them.
