My son Grey spent the earliest years of his life here. I’m deeply grateful to the staff and educators—my heartfelt salute to all of you.
Had both of our boys go through the Cuddly Bear system and both had an amazing time and created very fond memories. The staff are very attentive to each child’s needs and do everything they can to not only make the children comfortable but also the parents. Sad that our time at Cuddly Bear has come to an end but would not change a thing.
We have been with Cuddly Bear for the past 5 years and couldn’t be happier about the care they provided.nEven through management change and staff turnover during the pandemic the centre has reestablished themselves for the better as shown with their repeated exceeding standards.nI truly believe this is the best childcare centre around and the staff genuinely cares about the kids and their wellbeing.
It has been an absolute pleasure to have our two children attend Cuddly Bear over the last 5 or so years, they have learnt so much and you have helped them develop into the beautiful people they are.nWe cannot thank you enough for this.nnThe warming and welcoming nature of your teams and facility displays a holistic feeling of positivity which is seen in the kids upon leaving after a long day. Knowing they have been well looked after and educated is all we can ask for, and you have all done that and so much more.nnIf you are considering Cuddly Bears as an option for your children, we highly recommend this family owned centre be your first choice, the management and educators are incredible.
I cannot speak highly enough of Cuddly Bear Heathmont and all of its staff. We have sent our children there for a number of years and have been thoroughly impressed by the love, energy and attention to detail of the staff. The educators consistently provide creative, engaging and stimulating programs for the children. They help all the children to reach their potential and it is done in a warm, friendly environment where the children feel safe to have a go at everything. We have always felt totally comfortable leaving our children in the care of Cuddly Bear Heathmont knowing they will be cared for as they would be by a family. We want to say a huge thanks to all the staff in the rooms, in the office, in the kitchen and everyone else who helps make Cuddly Bear what it is!
