We've recently put our toddler in the care of Kids on Mullum and from our very first visit it's been a 10/10 experience. The manager Tracey is an absolute champion; super friendly, always positive and down-to-earth in her interactions and willing to help as much as she can for first-time parents like myself navigating the complex world of childcare subsidy payments.nnIt's been a first-rate experience and I can't thank Tracey, Romaine and the whole team of staff & carers enough for all the precious work that they do for mine and all the families in our local community. Highly recommended!
Our son has just finished his early learning journey at Kids on Mullum. The staff are truely amazing. The centre provides an inclusive, warm, and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this centre for anyone looking to put their children through their early learning journey.
I am so pleased wiht the care that my son receives at Kids on Mullum.nIt is personal, attentive, warm and friendly. My son was never great with drop offs and the educators were all so supportive and nurturing for both my son and I.nThe centre is very clean and tidy - one of the best I've seen. My son loves the food, the facilities and all the activities that are organised. Management are really open to feedback and encourage it. There appears to be a very low turnover of staff which is great for the children to become familiar and establisg great relationships with the educators.
Best childcare in the area. Clean PURPOSE BUILT centre with a team who care for your child and teach. the chef cooks fresh food in house and Tracey who is the director is there for all your needs. I would highly recommend considering this for your children. Our twins have been there since 9 months old and love it.
The staff and the place are very good. But they are very hard with refund. So if you're not sure to go and also something happened in between and you can't continue with them, your money for booking and these things will be gone.nI went there on tuesday to talk about the possibility of sending my son there on Monday. They asked me for the complete money for one day. I paid but my son eczema flared up and I couldn't take him there and I didn't get refund because they had a policy of 2 weeks notice that they didn't notify me when enrolling. And how ridiculous it is when I paid less than one week and I have to give a 2 weeks notice!!!
