My child attends Ringwood Choklits and we are extremely happy with the services provided.nThe onboarding set up has been a breeze to deal with, always welcomed with a smile!nnThe rooms are always kept clean, the grounds are very spacious and a natural feeling. Not plastic everywhere like others we went toonnWhat we really liked are the educators, they are able to retain onto the staff and there must be good reasons for that. I feel the educators are there because they have a passion for it and it's not just a job.nnWe trust Choklits with our child and would recommend it to other parents.
After having my son, in a previous centre and feeling very nervous and apprehensive to put my trust in another centre, I am so thankful that I found Choklits Ringwood. From the moment I booked my tour to the day my son started and moving forward almost a year down the track, the team have been so amazing and caring.nnWe get greeted everyday with a smile and enthusiasm and that’s just at the front door we love you Zoe nThe toddler room team has been so caring and kind and no job is too big or small no matter the day they are having.nnWorking in the industry myself, I can be a fussy mum and I see the very small things but without a doubt Choklits Ringwood has been the best thing for my son and his development through the most important years. He has become more confident and is achieving so many goals with the help of his amazing educators.nnIf i could give more than 5 stars I would.nI highly recommend this centre for your little ones. They have amazing communication with parents, programs and chickens who could forget the chickens nnThank you Choklits
We have been with Choklits for about 3 years and couldn’t be happier.nTheir professionalism and consistency in working together as a team create such a warm and nurturing environment.nIt makes me feel so good to see how engaged and happy my son is learning and growing in a space where he feels safe and supported. We are so grateful to have found such a fantastic place for our child!nHighly recommend to any parent looking for exceptional childcare!
Our daughter loves going to Choklits Child Care! The educators are nurturing and genuinely about our child's development and well-being. The communication is excellent with frequent updates provided, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the meals provided are nutritious important to note that the Centre is sugar free!. It's a relief knowing I have left my daughter in good hands and she is happy when I have to go to work.
Our daughter attended Choklits for approx 3 years.nAt the start of her childcare journey things were great, but as soon as they bought a few other centres it turned into a business where money was the only thing they were concerned about.nnOur daughter was treated very poorly by an educator to the point where we made it known to the room leader and she did literally nothing about it- didn’t notify management and in doing so tried to sweep it under the rug.nnWe decided to leave as we had seen the decline starting to trend at Choklits, after hearing the latest scandal we definitely made the right choice in leaving.nnManagement were only notified of the numerous incidents when they asked us why we were leaving.nnTo sum it up, Choklits is not somewhere I would feel safe leaving my child.nnStaff turnover is extremely high.nAll these fake 5 star reviews you see on here are from Choklits management, begging parents for a 5 star review and no doubt offering a discount a discount if you leave a 5 star review.nnIn summary Choklits was once a great childcare but not anymore.nnPlease think twice before sending your child to Choklits.
