Ordered a pizza online and took capsicum off the ingredients list as well as writing a note saying "Please no capsicum". I then wait 40 minutes for delivery and end up with capsicum all through my pizza. I called to complain and theh offered to send a replacement pizza. 55 minutes so far and nothing so far. Considering it was their mistake, pretty disappointing that i have to wait a total of 2 hours for 1 pizza.

First off I have to say the guy who took my order was very nice. And it was done quickly. But as for the pizza...it was so bad. I ate it beciase i was starved with no food in my serviced apartment. But i regretted every bite There IS a technique to making a pizza and these guys have no idea. The biggest mistake was putting the cheese on AFTER all the other ingredients. Putting toppings onto the pizza first creates a mushy goulash covered dough that is unappetizing and unpleasant to eat. The crust was mush. The pepperoni was mush. The cheese was browned. All wrong. Come on guys. Get some training on how to make a pizza. But it'll to too late to save me. I won't be going back.

We ordered pizzas into office and they were perfect .keep it up so I wont have to change my rating :) here we go, second time was nothing like the first. Pizzas lacked skill and wete almost cold. Dough was very dry. Inconsistent even tho you had over a week to prepare to this order

Worst crust store! Ordered a pizza and took them over an hour to deliver a wrong pizza. Called the store and was offered store credit which they refused to honour when I called again. Manager seemed like a chump, couldn't answer my question and hung up the phone. Worst place ever never going again
