Crunch Café serves up a range of delicious homemade, home grown and locally sourced food that both looks and tastes amazing.

Story

Crunch Cafe provides a cosy, unpretentious space for catch-ups with friends or solo time.

We focus on bringing you food that is healthy, fresh and delicious. We buy local, homegrown, free-range and organic ingredients where possible. We take pride in 'home-made' everything – the cakes, muffins, brownies, pies, savouries, jams, chutney and our famous chilli pastes are made with joy in the Crunch kitchen.

You may not find multinationally-owned drinks in the fridge at Crunch, but we don’t mess with a human’s basic need for Vegemite.

We LOVE Atomica! Our coffee supplier from day one. Right now we use their delicious 'Tiger Ray' blend for our espresso based coffee and various single origins for our cold brew.

This team is so nice... always a smile or a friendly greeting. Love their bacon and egg sandwich, at $9 so much cheaper than other local breakfast offerings and much better! A very good and consistent cafe, with a calm and welcoming vibe.

Had breakfast with my kid here. Food was good and so was the service.

Excellent house made muffins, very tasty  pumpkin toastie, good coffee by atomic coffee. Very welcoming and relaxed attentive service. Cosy atmosphere. Excellent value.

One of the best in Thornbury, all of their food is amazing! Great coffee and good selection of home-made chili sauce and other high quality grocery items. The sausage rolls and cuban sandwiches are particularly good. Staff are always friendly, prices are super reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

Vegan and Vegetarian big breakfasts with home make Kombucha ! What. Meal and great service!!
