My family and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 8 nights, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff.nnOne staff member, in particular, stood out, Adam. His friendly, attentive nature and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay even more enjoyable. He provided a level of service that exceeded all expectations. We were also impressed by his colleagues, especially a lovely young woman from the Netherlands, who, along with the rest of the team, was always accommodating and sweet whenever we had any requests.nnThe bartenders, housekeeping staff, and everyone else we encountered were exceptional throughout our stay. We dined at the restaurant several nights, and the food was outstanding. The cocktails were excellent, and the bartenders were always friendly and smiling, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.nnThe hotel’s location is perfect, and while the rooms were spacious and clean, they could benefit from a slight upgrade. Nonetheless, they were comfortable and provided everything we needed for a great stay.nnWe highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for its location, superb service, and value for money. It was worth every penny, and we are incredibly grateful to the staff for making our vacation so special. We look forward to returning soon!
We really enjoyed our stay here for a wedding weekend. Clean rooms, great service at the front desk, but most importantly one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had at a hotel. Food was genuinely fresh. And the coffee made to order was amazing!
I have just returned from a 2 day work conference and can I just say the service and dedication from Constantine was absolutely above and beyond! Over the two days Constantine was so friendly, warm and engaging with everyone and just provided overall great service from breakfast, morning tea,lunch and into our Gala Dinner and behind the bar he was just so on to it! Constantine what a hard working individual you are and thank you for the incredible service during our conference weekend your work did not go unnoticed.
Amazing location, service was excellent and if you have a sea view, well it doesn't get much better than that. I lucked out booking this for one night as I had to stop over in Sydney to connect with another flight. They even upgraded my room, so I really lucked out this time.
Stayed there for three nights. Very nice place. An excellent location right next to the beach and bus stop. Staff was super nice and friendly. BF buffet was sumptuous especially made to order eggs.
