Location gained the accommodation 2 stars. On entry it was not clean, cockroach in shower when we entered. Toilet not clean, and ceiling with mould and shower not clean in general. Room was very noisy ALL NIGHT and the aircon blinking light could not be adjusted. Remote was not correct remote for the system. So we forced to turn it off and sleep in heat. When mentioned to staff about condition of room, they were very non-caring. Wish I could provide photos for public viewing with post.
We had a great stay at out apartment. Excellent service from staff, particularly from Meg front desk and the New Zealand lady who did maintenance?. Room not the largest but more than adequate, very clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, and the kitchenette with own sink was handy. The apartments are in a great position near so many food options, you could eat out here every day for a month and still not have eaten everywhere. Opposite supermarket and an easy walk to the beach. Did not end up using the pool but it felt nice and warm when checking it out. We will be more than happy to stay here again on our next visit to Coogee.
Very good location. Walking distance to Coogee beach and restaurants. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We had an amazing girly weekend getaway! The room was clean and modern and the location was great—just a short walk to the beach, shops and cafe. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax, laugh, and create great memories. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing girls' trip! Big thank you to the very accomodating staff. They seem to enjoy their work and it shows in how they interact with each other and with the guests. Special thanks to Navid not sure of the spelling and the filipina lady at the reception.
