My family stayed here recently and we were very happy with our choice. The rooms are neat and modern and the location is amazing, step out the door and you are on the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend it more highly for a mid price place in Sydney. We will be back for sure!
Perfect location, close to the beach. Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Rooftop deck would be lovely in warmer weather. Very happy with our stay.
Super nice view from the communal rooftop. Spacious room was on the top floor comfortable bed and good heating. Easy check in and 24 hr reception.
Our room was comfortable and well presented.nWe chose the large studio option, which offered good views of the coast. All of which did not disappoint.nThere is a lift to each floor and parking available should you desire this.nReception staff were exceptionally helpful during our stay, we found them to be welcoming and friendly.nThe only negative we experienced was a slight drain odour in our bathroom area and occasional pipe noise which we believe originated from the neighbouring apartment assuming it's kitchenette to be the reverse side of the wall to ours
General gripe about hospitality. We had booked 2 nights and were eagerly awaiting the weekend. Unfortunately in the morning we were to leave Newcastle our teen daughter got bad gastro and we couldn’t come. The hotel declined our request for a refund despite there being enough time to fill the room. No room for compassion computer says no, and now an incentive for us to arrive with sick child to the room in the hope she recovers for some of the weekend. Full refund on museum, restaurant x 2 and parking by other businesses.
