The worst experience I have ever had with a company, I wish there was an option to give minus stars. I asked for a quote which I was happy to pay for on a repair of a pallet stacked the tech checked it out and said he would send the details the next day instead he returned the next day with showing me the costs of repair and went ahead and did the work while I was out on the road . To top it off they setup the account in a wrong persons email and when I rang over 5 times to sort it out, no one was willing to help, instead they sent the bill to debt collectors. I would never ever recommend this business even if it was the last place on the planet to purchase your parts from. I was charged $4500 to replace 3 little wheels, absolutely deceitful company that ripped me off!! Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

Very negative ordeal with Acacia Ridge. Buy! on eBay it’s a bit cheaper but way more competent than the smug mug on the counter. First I gave the correct model and serial numbers and said it is 20 years old. And I questioned the size of wheels before ordering. The girl on the phone assured me it was correct for that model. It wasn’t!!! They said there is no smaller size for that model. I googled the part and serial and found the correct parts on eBay. Slightly cheaper and half the freight from Melbourne and same delivery time. And the correct size!!! I took the incorrect wheels back to Acacia Ridge and the boy at the counter said the same as the girl. He eventually came back and said they changed the size about 20 years ago. I got a refund but not before they took a 20% restocking fee. The worst part was the suggestion I found a cheaper part on eBay and that was the motivation. And smug mug at the counter who couldn’t admit they got it wrong and was enjoying telling me it has cost me more because of the restocking fee he is charging. They don’t fit so I can’t use them! Buy on eBay. EBay was fast, efficient, customer orientated, more details and competent. Even without there 20% restocking fee it was still not worth driving an hour each way.

Acacia Ridge the worst spare parts service i have ever encountered i was told the part i wanted was $83 when infact it is $35+ gst it was lie with attatude dealing with a person that appeared to be deliberatly trying to sabatage a company but one thing for certain it has showed me that it would be better to just find a different company to deal with than put up with a person with such a untrained attatude have a good day and good luck your company will need it with staff like that it it as good as zero service.

Friendly staff greeted by appointment only great demonstration of equipment able to get a Forklift license here too. Reasonable weekly rates overall pretty great would highly recommend.
