Very happy with the quality of the 6m x 3m car port that I've just had erected at my place by a builder. A couple of pieces were missing but were replaced without argument or hassle.

Had warranty claim. Asked for photos. Rang them, left messages. Never replied. In the end pulled carport down and got another brand.

What a joke this company is, we purchased a small pool pump shed and had a deadline to meet in putting it up because we had sold our house, upon opening the box we found the instructions, nuts, bolts and accessories were missing we contacted Bunnings where we ordered it from and after jumping through a heap of hoops we were told the parts are being air bagged and we will have them the next day, well guess what, no air bag, no card in the letterbox to say they had tried to deliver them, nothing!!! We again contacted the company and were told the parts had been delivered, well guess what Absco we don't have the parts and we bloody well need them, we have now been told we have to wait 48 hours for Australia Post to investigate, Absco if you had got the packaging right in the first place we wouldn't be in this mess.

Very disappointed with after service from Absco sheds. I got shed 3 years ago was still backed in box and Bunnings still had receipt on record and was willing to help me .on installing shed to slab noticed one part missing worth $16 Absco just contacted Bunnings and told them to tell me they won't be replacing missing part. Well thank you Absco remember when sales are down look after your customers
